What is the Pink Lady?

The Pink Lady is a safety sign with a purpose. She turns up on worksites to start conversations about safety and to recognise the women who work in some of Australia's toughest industries.

Created by Dalby Training Centre, the Pink Lady brings together two things we care about: keeping people safe at work, and backing the research that is changing outcomes for people affected by breast cancer.

Whether she is on a mine site, a civil construction project, a gas facility, a solar or wind farm, or a working farm, the Pink Lady is a visible reminder that safety is everyone's business.

Safer workplaces, stronger representation for women in industry, and real support for breast cancer research. All in one sign.

Designed For The Industries That Keep Australia Running

The Pink Lady is made for the workplaces our students and industry partners work in every day.

Safety that includes everyone

Women are a growing part of the workforce in mining, construction, energy and agriculture. The Pink Lady celebrates that, and keeps the conversation about safe, respectful and well-prepared workplaces going.
