Provide First Aid

This course covers the skills and knowledge required to recognised and respond to an emergency situation and provide first aid response to a casualty.

Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel

This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to perform a rescue from live low voltage (LV) electrical apparatus in an electricity supply industry (ESI) environment.

Work in accordance with an issued permit

This unit of competency covers the skills and knowledge required to work in accordance with an issued permit. It aims to ensure that people working under a permit to work understand the system

Prepare to work safely in the construction industry

This unit of competency specifies the mandatory work health and safety training required prior to undertaking construction work.

Licence to operate a boom-type elevating work platform

This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to safely operate a boom-type Elevating Work Platform (EWP) where the length of the boom is 11 metres or more

Licence to operate a forklift truck

This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to operate a forklift truck safely in accordance with all relevant legislative requirements

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to enter and work in confined spaces in the resources and infrastructure industries

Operate a light vehicle

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to operate a light vehicle in the resources and infrastructure industries.

Operate and maintain a four-wheel drive

This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to operate and maintain a four wheel drive vehicle in the resources and infrastructure industries.

Operate vehicles in the field

This unit of competency covers the skills and knowledge required to prepare and operate vehicles and related equipment to patrol pipelines or otherwise drive across a variety of terrains.

Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

This unit applies to all persons who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

Provide First Aid in an education and care setting

This unit applies to a range of workers within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthma and anaphylactic emergencies.
